Sleep Inn Oakbrook Terrace - Chicago

So my rating is more like a 4.7. Location...perfect. They are rebuilding and it looks like it will look like a really cool place when completely finished. So when I first was checking in a girl was literally fast walking/running to the front desk while i was giving my card. She says to me "I wouldn't stay here if I were you" "Bed bugs, cold rooms..." and I decided to check it out for myself and ignore her because some people might have other alternatives. I did check my mattress when I got to my room and it was fine, sheets were fine and the furniture was fine. Also fine was the heat because I had to turn it down immediately as I walked in. So my room was 219. The only issues I had with it are minor. There was hair, more than likely facial, still on the wall in the shower that was not hard to miss. A maid could have easily saw that and that shows laziness on the cleaning department. The next issue is the contractors that worked on redoing the bathroom. The sliding doors want to only go to one side which indicates that the door is not level and again, laziness on whomever did it. The next part is the soap shelf in the shower because it is way low. Now I do understand that a woman might want that dish there to place her leg up to shave her legs while showering, but install another shelf at should level for people that don't shave their legs. It to me is a major design flaw on whomever designed the showers. Other than that was a good place to stay and I would recommend.

Veronica at the front desk was very polite and professional. Hotel is clean, up to date, and the beds were very comfortable. Had a pleasant stay here at the sleep inn and a good night's rest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that values cleanliness and a good night's rest.

I stayed here for 2weeks and I loved the service, rooms are clean, breakfast always good, rooms clean. Ms. Debra always answers all my questions. Sleep Inn always goes above and beyond to accommodate their guest. I always come back to book here!!

I had a really great stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything working just as expected. The service stood out — staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. The location is also perfect, close to Chicago while still being in a safe and quiet area, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a great view. I loved gaming room, the delicious food, and specifically the front desk worker, just a great guy (he needs a raise). The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Made the booking online. Very easy. Arrived and the Front Desk person was happy and recovered us with a smile. Check in was easy. The room was clean and had the usual amenities. The washroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner dispensers, but, they had a soap bar instead of a body wash dispenser. Breakfast was your standard fair, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc… They had a fitness room with your standard equipment. They had an in house mini casino with slot machines. Very close to shopping. It was convenient with Home Depot next door, as I needed a few things.

I am having an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrive, Debra and Rabia go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their customer service is truly outstanding, they are not only professional but also incredibly down-to-earth, which makes my stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and has such a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms is clean and fresh, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the property in top condition. I am genuinely enjoying every part of my stay and feel excited to share my experience with others.
